Compensation Structure:

• Generous guaranteed base salary
• 35% of individual collections

Expected Earnings: $200,000 - $300,000+ annually (based on production)

Collections Insight:

• Collections average 99%+ of net production
• 100% of lab fees covered by the practice
• In-network with Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield
  , out-of-network with others to maintain strong reimbursement rates

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid after graduation/licensure approval)

• General and restorative dentistry
