We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to join our team in Schofield, WI. This position is responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings and layouts to support manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with drafting software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Drafter Responsibilities:- Create and revise detailed technical drawings and layouts
- Interpret specifications, sketches, and engineering documents
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy
- Maintain drawing files and documentation
- Verify dimensions and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Assist with design modifications and process improvements
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
Requirements for Drafter:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with 2D AutoCAD preferred
- Experience with Autodesk Fusion 360 is a plus
- Previous drafting or manufacturing experience preferred
