Vos Missions En Quelques Mots
The agent will accompany children during the entire midday break. They will be attentive to the needs of the children and help them discover the different foods offered during the meal.
- Welcomes a group of children, young people;
- Designs, proposes and implements activities of animation and leisure within the educational project of the service or the equipment.
- Technical activities:
- Participation in the elaboration of the pedagogical project;
- Animation of activities and accompaniment of the publics welcomed.
- Specific activities:
- Management of a reception area and a budget to adapt;
- Animation in the context of transplanted classes;
- Implementation of school support;
- Organization of multimedia activities;
- Development of reception and activities of youth information and help to professional insertion.
- KNOW-HOW:
- Participation in the elaboration of the pedagogical project;
- Analyze the needs and characteristics of the publics welcomed;
- Develop and implement the pedagogical projects of the reception structure;
- Build and develop a cooperative project approach;
- Take into account sustainable development in the elaboration of the pedagogical project;
- Animation of activities and accompaniment of the publics welcomed;
- Supervise leisure activities and adapt them to different audiences;
- Design sessions by adapting animation supports in line with the pedagogical project;
- Plan animation times respecting the rhythms of the public;
- Develop and follow the budget related to activities;
- Respect the abilities, expression and creativity of the individual;
- Listen and know how to dialogue with the public;
- Impulse and animate the dynamics of the group;
- Shape and facilitate the project of the group of young people;
- Adapt to the social and cultural diversity of young people;
- Identify young people in difficulty and report the situation to the responsible person of the structure;
- Sensitize children and young people to respect the environment.
