A physician-owned, multi-specialty organization in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, is expanding its outpatient neurology services and seeking a Neurologist to join a well-established, highly supported practice. • Modern five-story medical office building with 20+ specialties on site
• 100% outpatient neurology with no call responsibilities
• On-site EEG lab with MRI reading opportunities available
• Dedicated neurology support, including another neurologist, NP, RN, and CMA
• Nursing-led chart prep and triage to improve efficiency and clinic flow

• Choice of a traditional five-day schedule or a four-day workweek
• Predictable clinic hours designed to support work-life balance
• No inpatient work, no call, and no hospital rounding

• Salary range of $350,000 to $375,000
• Eligibility for shareholder status after the first calendar year with full voting rights
• Robust 401(k) with up to 12 percent employer contribution

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Open to new graduates and experienced neurologists
• Comfortable managing a broad mix of general neurology cases
• EMG and EEG interpretation opportunities are available, but not required
