Support Future Physicians:
Play a vital role in the education and development of residents within a well-established 5-5-5 community-based family medicine residency program. Offer guidance and supervision as residents manage patient care under your mentorship. Focus on Outpatient Care:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population, with a focus on serving underserved individuals. Flexible

Schedule:

Maintain a work-life balance with a schedule that requires a minimum of two consecutive working days. Streamlined Workflow:
Utilize the familiar Epic electronic medical record system for documentation and patient management. Supportive Team Environment:
Collaborate with a team of skilled healthcare professionals, including registered nurses (medical home, triage, and supervisor), an in-house psychiatrist, and an administrative director, to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Optional Supervisory Roles:
The opportunity exists to provide additional supervision for the clinic's embedded MAT/suboxone program and transgender healthcare services (including hormone therapy), if desired. Upskilling support is readily available. Consider a Permanent Position:
