Schedule:

Manage patient needs after-hours with one weekend of call per month, primarily focused on phone consultations, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Supportive Team Environment:
Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals passionate about cancer care. What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive consultations and examinations for patients with blood disorders and cancer. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies (as applicable). Manage patient care throughout their treatment journey, both in the clinic and inpatient setting. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to monitor patient progress and response to treatment. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.

Collaborate with other specialists (e.g., surgeons, radiation oncologists) to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Who You Are:
Board-certified in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty fellowship in Hematology and Oncology. Current and active license to practice medicine in any state (temporary privileges available in Wisconsin). Strong clinical skills and experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of hematologic and oncologic conditions, including bone marrow biopsies (optional). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.

Proficient in Cerner electronic medical record system. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
