Provider must perform all "bread and butter" ENT procedures 1-3 calls per month (10 days per month) EMR: EPIC Support Staff: 2 audiologists in the clinic Patient Encounters Per
Shift: 20 Average Phone Consults: 0-5 Average Patients Seen: 0-2 Call Response Time Required
