We are seeking a qualified Pain Medicine Physician to join our team for a locum tenens position in Wisconsin, situated near Glidden. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive outpatient setting.

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Flexible; 2 weeks per month, with options for 4 to 5 days per week, typically from 8 AM to 4 PM (timing flexible).
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only

• Conduct office visits and follow-up appointments.
• Perform various procedures, including:
  • Spinal cord stimulation
  • Radio-frequency ablation
  • Injections
• Provide exceptional care to patients, with a typical patient load of up to 15 patients per shift.

• Board Certification: Required
• License: Must be licensed in Wisconsin or possess an IMLC license.
• Emergency Certifications:
  • ACLS:
    Required
  • BLS:
    Required
• Hospital Privileges: Temporary privileges are available. Hospital/surgery center privileges are required.

• Setting: Outpatient
• Support Staff: Includes 4 RNs and 2 office staff; no supervision of advanced practice providers or residents is required.
• Facility Certification: Stroke certified with a trauma level of 4.

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days; however, temporary privileges could expedite this process.
• Holidays Off: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
• Travel: Nearest airport is Rhinelander Airport; lodging options are available nearby.
