Position: Family Medicine Physician, Emplify by Bellin Health
Location: Peshtigo, Wisconsin
Practice Details:
- Full-time practice:
- 40 hrs/wk., 4 days/wk.
- 28 hrs. minimum available for patient appointments
- No weekend or holidays, except for on-call weekends
- Call: Phone only, participate in a large call group
- 2-year compensation guarantee, plus:
- CTO:
- 160 hrs/yr. during guarantee
- 264 hrs/yr. after 2yr guarantee
- CME:
- $5,000/yr. and 80 hrs. of time off
- Relocation Assistance:
- Up to $12,000
- CTO:

- Teaching opportunities available with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin-Green Bay
