• Concierge-Style Care Model: Focus on personalized, high-quality patient access within an outpatient-only setting that completely eliminates inpatient duties, evening responsibilities, and call burdens.
• Comprehensive Onsite Support: Collaborate daily with a multi-disciplinary team of mid-level providers and onsite specialists in behavioral health, rehab, dental, optical, and community health.

  Structure your week with a highly desirable four-day schedule (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), leaving your weekends entirely free.

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
