Pediatrician
Location:
Southeastern Wisconsin (1 hour from O'Hare International Airport, Chicago)
Employer:
Physician-led, multi-specialty medical group
- 4–4.5 day work week
- Experienced support staff in place
- Very low physician turnover rate
- Strong referral base and collegial physician environment
- Practice autonomy with supportive leadership
- Nurse triage support for call coverage
- Call schedule of 1:4
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents
- Newborn nursery coverage (no high-risk OB)
- Minimal inpatient pediatric responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Conduct wellness exams, developmental screenings, immunizations, and preventive care visits
- Open to performing pediatric procedures based on provider comfort and experience
- Collaborate with APPs, nursing staff, and specialty teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, nutrition, growth, and overall wellness
- Participate in EMR-driven documentation, quality measures, and population health initiatives
- MD/DO;
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics - Eligible for Wisconsin medical license and DEA
- Strong communication and patient/family education skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to care
- EMR proficiency with strong documentation habits
- Competitive base salary: $295,000 plus wRVU productivity bonus
