Job Order – Med/Peds Nocturnist
Southeastern Wisconsin (1 hour from O'Hare International Airport, Chicago)
Physician-led, multi-specialty medical group
Position Highlights- 7 on / 7 off nocturnist schedule
- Med/Peds only position
- Experienced support staff in place
- Very low physician turnover rate
- Collegial physician environment with strong specialty support
- Practice autonomy with supportive leadership
- Nurse triage support available
- Provide overnight inpatient coverage for both Internal Medicine and Pediatric patients
- Manage admissions, cross-coverage, and acute patient care needs during overnight shifts
- Collaborate closely with hospitalists, specialists, APPs, and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
- Respond to patient status changes and coordinate appropriate treatment plans
- Participate in EMR-driven documentation, quality measures, and patient safety initiatives
- Open to performing procedures based on provider comfort and experience
- MD/DO;
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics - Eligible for Wisconsin medical license and DEA
- Strong inpatient clinical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative hospital environment
- EMR proficiency with strong documentation habits
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Competitive base salary: $365,000
