OB​/GYN Physician $423K (1 hour from O’Hare International Airport, Chicago

Job Order – OB/GYN Physician

Location:

Southeastern Wisconsin (1 hour from O'Hare International Airport, Chicago)

• 4-day work week
• Robot available for GYN surgical procedures
• Experienced support staff in place
• Very low physician turnover rate
• Strong referral base and collegial physician environment
• Practice autonomy with supportive leadership
• Call schedule of 1:4

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in both outpatient and hospital settings
• Perform routine and high-quality gynecologic surgical procedures, including robotic-assisted surgeries
• Manage prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of women's health conditions
• Conduct preventive care visits, annual exams, and patient education
• Collaborate with APPs, nursing staff, and specialty teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Participate in EMR-driven documentation, quality measures, and patient safety initiatives

• MD/DO;
  Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for Wisconsin medical license and DEA
• Robotic surgery experience preferred but not required
• Strong surgical, communication, and patient care skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to care
• EMR proficiency with strong documentation habits

• Competitive base salary: $423,000 plus productivity incentives
