Fully Outpatient Position
Four clinic days per week with one administrative day for work-life balance
No hospital responsibilities; 32 patient contact hours per week
Average 18 – 20 outpatient visits per day in a collaborative environment
Shared clinic space with Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Endocrinology services
Hospital-employed position with a well-established, independent health system
Strong support from experienced colleagues and dedicated nursing staff
Board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physicians encouraged to apply
Located in southern Wisconsin with proximity to major metropolitan areas
