Location:
Wisconsin (1 hour from O'Hare International Airport, Chicago)

Position Highlights:- Outpatient-only Family Medicine
- Flexible work schedule
- Light call schedule (phone call only)
- Outstanding physician autonomy with strong operational and clinical support
- Very low physician turnover rate
- Competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits
- Health Insurance:
Choice of base plan or HDHP; very low employee contribution (as little as ~$60/pay period for single coverage) - Dental & Vision Insurance:
Affordable family coverage available - Life & Disability Insurance: $200,000 group life policy, short- & long-term disability provided at no cost; additional disability stipend available
- Professional Liability:
Claims-made with tail coverage fully provided - Retirement Plans: 403(b) with up to 50% employer match on the first 5% contributed, plus 457(b)/457(f) options and employer discretionary contributions
- Time Off: 4 weeks of vacation and CME (combined, prorated by start date)
- Licensing & Fees: DEA and state licenses fully covered
