Certifications: Active medical license, DEA
Experience: Prior ER experience preferred
Hourly Rate: $150/hour (orientation rate)

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency care at regional hospitals, including Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital
Manage a variety of acute medical conditions and trauma cases
Collaborate with APCs and hospital staff for patient admissions and discharges
Cover shifts with flexibility, including solo and double coverage arrangements
Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital protocols
Support regional hospitals within the Northwoods community, offering critical access care

What You Need
Required:

Medical license in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure
Active DEA license
ACLS, ATLS certifications
Prior emergency medicine experience (preferred but not required)

Preferred:

Act 10 eligibility
Experience in rural or regional hospital ERs
Strong outdoor or community-oriented background
