Dates Needed: August 27-29 & September 4-10
Shift: 24-hour shifts Noon-Noon
Coverage: Hybrid Hospitalist & Emergency Medicine
Setting: Rural Critical Access Hospital
Temporary Privileges: Available
Solo Coverage: Yes - physician works independently as the sole provider
Workload: Approximately 12-15 active hours per shift, with remaining time on call
Overnight: Low callback volume
Sleeping Accommodations: Private accommodations provided on-site or nearby

License & Certification

Wisconsin Medical License: Active WI license required
Board Certification: Required
Accepted Specialties: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Emergency Medicine Experience: Required and must be clearly listed on CV

Role: Hybrid Hospitalist / Emergency Medicine Physician
ED Coverage: Yes
Inpatient Coverage: Yes
Average Daily Encounters: 4-8
Facility: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
ICU: None
EMR: Epic

Required Procedural Skills

Candidate must be comfortable performing:

Cardioversion
Central lines
Chest tubes
EKG interpretation
Fracture stabilization
Hematoma blocks
Incision & drainage
IO lines
Intubation / RSI
Ventilator management
Laceration repair
Local anesthesia
