Qualifications:

Board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine (EM) is required. Active medical license in Wisconsin (WI) or an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license is mandatory. Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and ATLS are essential. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a fast-paced emergency medicine setting is preferred. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. A commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality, patient-centered care. An ACT 10 license (temporary Wisconsin medical license) is acceptable. Additional Information:
