SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care clinic in Evansville, Wisconsin just 30 minutes from Madison. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine in a supportive, patient-centered environment while enjoying a strong work/life balance.

Our Evansville clinic provides care for the entire family, offering convenient neighborhood access for diagnosis and treatment of minor and chronic illnesses, preventive care, immunizations, and more. You’ll join a tight-knit team with experienced support staff, strong onboarding, and the backing of a mission-driven, integrated health system.

• 100% outpatient Family Medicine practice with Flexible 0.8‑1.0 FTE options
