Required Duties & Responsibilities Conduct office visits and follow-up appointments for pain management patients. Perform spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, and injections. Develop and implement treatment plans for chronic pain patients. Collaborate with support staff and other healthcare providers. Maintain accurate medical records using Epic EMR.
