We are currently seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine
- Hematology and Oncology Physician for a locum tenens position in the Ladysmith, WI area. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a well-established healthcare team, providing essential coverage starting late April with an ongoing commitment.

• Coverage Schedule:
  • M-F, 8-5
  • Outreach to neighboring clinics is required:
    Chippewa Falls Center and MMC-Ladysmith. Schedule TBD.
• Provider Team:
  • 2 MDs
  • 3 NPs (2 NPs in their 1st year of practice)
• Additional Services:
  • Radiation oncology services available at the Eau Claire location
  • The Cancer Center has 18 Chemo infusion chairs and 2 non-chemo infusion chairs
• Patient Load:
  • Patients Per Shift: 25-30
  • Ambulatory and hospital patients
• Procedures:
  • Bone marrow biopsies required
• Call Schedule: 1:3 call

• Board Certification: Required
• Fellowship: Required
• Minimum Board Certification: Eligible
• Active License in WI: Preferred
• ACLS Certification: Yes
• ATLS Certification: Yes
• BLS Certification: Yes
• PALS Certification: No

• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60 (if clean file)
• Reimbursement for Licensing Costs: No
