Active Wisconsin medical license; ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications preferred

Experience:

Prior ER experience preferred, new providers considered Pay Rate: $150/hour (orientation rate) (pay package discussed upon application) Pay & Benefits Competitive pay package with weekly direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide emergency medical care to patients in a busy hospital setting Collaborate with APCs and hospital staff for effective patient coverage Manage acute emergencies with a variety of cases, including critical access patients Document patient care in accordance with hospital protocols Support hospital efforts in providing high-quality emergency care Engage in shift coverage and ensure efficient patient flow during assigned hours What You Need Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain Current ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications (preferred) Prior ER or emergency medicine experience highly recommended Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small hospital environment

Able to provide a clean NPDB/file About the Assignment This assignment takes place at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital, a regional hospital located in the scenic Northwoods of Wisconsin. It offers mostly single-provider coverage with some overlap, approximately 20 shifts per month, and an admission rate of about 20%.
