Job DescriptionWhite Deer ISD is seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher for the 2025/2026 school year.
Education/Certification- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or training for the assigned subject and grade level
- Demonstrated competency in Reading/Writing instruction
- Strong knowledge of core Reading and Writing curriculum
- General knowledge of effective teaching strategies and differentiated instruction
- Ability to create an engaging and structured learning environment
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to professional growth and collaboration
- Reading Academy/STR certification a plus
