Vos Missions En Quelques Mots

The role of site reference for after-school programs and director of leisure centers aims to ensure a safe, structured, and fulfilling welcome for children. The holder of the position is under the authority of the youth service director and directly supervises the animation teams.
1. After-school site reference:

- Ensure the physical, moral, and emotional safety of children.

- Supervise and implement activities for children.

- Support animators in the preparation and conduct of activities.
2. Director of educational Wednesday reception:

- Organize, plan, and animate educational receptions on Wednesdays.

- Develop and implement the pedagogical project in consultation with the team.

- Supervise the animation team, organize meeting times and reviews.

- Propose, animate, and coordinate educational, playful, sports, and cultural activities.

- Ensure group dynamics and the quality of activities offered.

- Ensure relations with families and partners.

- Guarantee the safety and well-being of children.
3. Director of leisure centers during school holidays:

- Organize collective reception of minors (CRM) during holidays.

- Develop a varied, educational, and playful animation program in line with the pedagogical project.

- Supervise, accompany, and animate the animation team.

- Be on the ground in participating in animations and accompanying children.

- Manage the material, human, and administrative resources of the center.

- Ensure the physical, emotional, and moral safety of children.

- Lead team meetings and implement training or practice analysis times.

- Foster the involvement and motivation of animators in the project dynamics.

2. Degrees and qualifications:

- BAFD (Brevet d'Aptitude aux Fonctions de Directeur) required or in progress.

- BPJEPS, DUT Social Careers option animation or equivalent appreciated with a management module.

- Significant experience in animation and management of collective reception centers for minors.
