Our childcare center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed 4K Teacher to join our program through our partnership with the McFarland School District. This is an exciting opportunity for an early childhood educator to provide a high-quality 4K experience while supporting children’s academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth.

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate 4K curriculum and learning experiences
• Provide instruction aligned with McFarland School District 4K expectations and standards
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress
• Collaborate with classroom staff and McFarland School District partners
• Utilize paid preparation and planning time to support quality instruction

• Current Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) Early Childhood Education (Birth–Grade
  3) teaching license required
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
• Strong classroom management, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to create engaging, hands‑on learning experiences
• Passion for early childhood education and supporting children’s individual growth

• $21–$26 per hour (based on experience, education, and qualifications)
