Mount Horeb Christian School (MHCS) serves grades K-8, 3K, and 4K in a Christ-centered environment. We are seeking an experienced teacher to fill a long-term substitute position in our Elementary school for the 2026-27 school year.

The role involves teaching Five-Year-Old Kindergarten as a temporary replacement for a maternity leave, covering the period from August 17th to November 30th.

• A mature, sincere Christ follower who feels called by God to teaching.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Holder of or eligible to obtain an Association of Christian School International (ACSI) teaching certification.

• ACSI Certified Teacher.
• State of Wisconsin Certified Teacher.
• Three to five years of classroom teaching experience.

• Long-term substitute pay: $20 per hour ($160 per day).
• Position covers a maternity leave from August 17th through November 30th.
• Position start date:
  August 2026.
