Start your journey in mid-August and guide students through the academic year until early June. Qualifications:

• Active and current Wisconsin Special Education Teacher certification/license
• Experience with, or strong interest in, cross-categorical case management in grades 9-12
• Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Skilled in collaborating with families, educators, and support staff
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Dedication to an inclusive, respectful, and motivating classroom culture

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 16-20 high school students across ability levels
• Develop and maintain IEPs, ensuring compliance and student-centered planning
• Provide differentiated instruction and behavioral support as needed
• Coordinate with two assigned educational assistants for classroom and student support
• Engage actively with students, parents, and school staff to promote student achievement
