We Are Seeking a Pastor Who:
- Demonstrates a clear calling to pastoral ministry
- Upholds Christian theology and moral teaching
- Embraces reformist principles:
Scripture driven renewal, restoration of historic Christian practices, and faithful discipleship - Is gifted in expository and Christ centered preaching
- Leads with humility, integrity, and servant hearted care
- Provides pastoral counseling, visitation, and spiritual oversight
- Can shepherd individuals and families across generations
- Prays diligently for the congregation and models a godly life
- Preaching and teaching the Word faithfully each week
- Leading worship in accordance with the Christian denomination
- Providing pastoral care, discipleship, and counseling
- Overseeing church ministries and working alongside elders/leadership
- Encouraging evangelism, missions, and biblically shaped community engagement
- Guiding the congregation in spiritual formation and doctrinal faithfulness
