Special Education Teacher in Juda, WI

• Current certification as a Special Education Teacher in Wisconsin (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience or training with high school-aged students preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt and tailor instruction for a cross-categorical caseload
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for high school students
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the varying needs of your caseload
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
• Support students academic, social, and emotional growth
