Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary for this role is $90,000 (bachelor’s degree) with a one-time $10,000 signing bonus or $104,000 (master’s degree) with a one-time $15,000 signing bonus.
Position Overview:
Are you passionate for innovation and disruptive technology? Our Engineering and Technology Development Program may be for you! This two-year rotational program consists of two unique 12—month assignments. This development program will provide you with the opportunity to design the world’s next intelligent power management solutions and bring them to life. Throughout the program, you will build your leadership aptitude and technical depth in critical and strategic focus areas.
