Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong knowledge of fabrication, looking to drive continuous improvement across a state‑of‑the‑art facility with the autonomy to put your own stamp on a department?

In this high‑impact technical role, you'll act as the central point for manufacturing solutions, leading lean initiatives, driving cost‑reduction projects, improving workflow efficiency, and working cross‑functionally to support design for manufacturability and product development.
This role would suit a manufacturing engineer with experience in metal fabrication or metal coatings, looking to join an industry‑leading organization with clear technical progression opportunities in a key department.
The Role:- Drive lean initiatives and capital projects.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance production efficiency.
- Provide hands‑on support for DFM and new product integration.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication and coating.
- Experienced with AutoCAD and Solid Works.
- Qualification or strong knowledge of lean processes.
