Overview
We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support quality planning and supplier quality activities within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on ensuring product quality, driving supplier improvements, and supporting new product development and current production programs.

Supplier Quality Engineer
Location:
Horicon, WI (100% Onsite)
Duration: 24 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities- Lead quality planning activities for assigned commodities across new product development (PDP), production, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional teams to execute quality activities such as FMEA, control plans, design reviews, supplier audits, and risk assessments
- Identify and resolve supplier quality issues for both new and existing production programs
- Drive corrective actions (8D process) and ensure timely resolution of quality concerns
- Manage Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and Supplier Change Requests (SCRs)
- Support continuous improvement (CI) and value improvement (VI) initiatives
- Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to investigate and resolve quality issues
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, including GD&T
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 0 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality engineering, or supply chain
- Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems using structured methodologies
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
