* Position Overview:

** The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Design and implement new manufacturing systems and processes.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes. (work instructions)
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
* Assists in the training of less-experienced personnel by leading and training teams in lean manufacturing.
* Design assembly processes (time studies, line balancing, material handling devices, material delivery systems).
* Coordinates maintenance personnel in support of equipment and facility requirements.
* Maintain constant communication with product engineering and timely implement any processes changes
* Submit product process deviations as required
* Other duties as required.

* Able to read and interpret blueprints.
* Ability to perform necessary processes changes as needed/requested

* Excellent communication skills to effectively, both written and verbally, to personnel at all levels of an organization.
* Operate a PC, Microsoft Office, Solidworks, Draftsite, Oracle

Skills & Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
* Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar experience.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
* Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.# #
