Pioneer Metal Finishing is seeking a dedicated and proactive Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Leader to drive a culture of safety and environmental compliance across our operations. This role partners closely with the Corporate Safety & Environmental Leader to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace for employees, visitors, and contractors.
The EHS Leader will play a key role in implementing safety programs, leading training initiatives, overseeing environmental compliance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the facility.

In this role, you’ll champion a culture of safety, lead environmental compliance efforts, and help ensure our team operates in a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with our Corporate Safety & Environmental Leader to implement and maintain safety and environmental programs that meet federal, state, and local regulations.
- Lead training initiatives to educate employees and supervisors on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture across all levels of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Develop, implement, and deliver EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Lead incident investigations and partner with HR on workers' compensation, return-to-work, and modified duty programs.
- Monitor and respond to physical, chemical, and biological hazards, developing action plans to reduce risk.
- Conduct audits, maintain records, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Serve as a key contact for regulatory agencies and support emergency response planning.
