EHS Lead Position
Must have at least (2-3) years of plant level, safety and general environmental compliance background with a Bachelor of Science degree. This position will serve as the EHS lead resource and drive the EHS program for the (200) employee, union plant.
Culture fit is of primary importance in this role. Ability to empower, value and respect plant employees is paramount in this organization. Sense of urgency and understanding employee needs by seeking engagement, feedback and utilizing employee ideas/recommendations. Energetic, engaged along with the motivation to take initiative.
