USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities:
Responsible for all functions related to facility and lands management for nine buildings, one building with office space, storage, and grounds.;
Assists planning efforts for future facility needs within the Mississippi River Project Complex.;
Conducts analysis of current facilities through reviews of records and physical inspections to collect information to maintain an up-to-date inventory of existing facilities.;
Participates with project program managers in preparing scopes of work, plans and specifications for performance of work, estimates of time, materials, equipment, and costs.;
Assists the Maintenance and Repair and Dredge Goetz crews with crane activities including rigging, signalman, and crane maintenance at the Fountain City Service Base.
