RFA Engineering is seeking a growth‑m oriented mechanical engineer to join our team onsite at a world‑class facility in Horicon, WI. The role focuses on 3D modeling, 2D drawings, and collaboration with suppliers to deliver robust, cost‑effective designs.
The ideal candidate has a BS in Mechanical/Aerospace/Agricultural Engineering, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to meet deadlines in a team environment. GD&T knowledge and Creo experience are preferred.
