Skill Set:
Strong hands-on experience with electronics assembly; an Electronics Technology Associate's Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry
Assembly Expertise:
Proficiency in PCB assembly and soldering; familiarity with IPC standards is a must
Technical Know-How:
Ability to interpret and troubleshoot from electrical schematics, wire diagrams, and technical drawings
Compensation:
Competitive salary up to $70,000 (based on experience) + 401(k) and benefits
Travel:
Occasional domestic travel, up to 20 days per year, may be required for testing and installations
Location:
Brownsville, WI area (Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the facility)

Job Responsibilities- Accurate Assembly:
Precise soldering and assembly of PCBs following strict quality standards - Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving hardware issues in electrical assemblies - Collaboration:
Working closely with hardware designers on prototype builds and testing - Coordination:
Assisting with BOM development and component sourcing - Documentation:
Creating technical specifications and drawings - Quality Assurance:
Ensuring compliance with aerospace standards
