Didion Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement and capital projects across operations. You will work hands-on in the plant to solve complex problems, improve safety, quality, yield, and efficiency, and mentor teams across the facility.
You will collaborate with production, maintenance, and leadership to shape reliable, safer, and more efficient processes, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and root-cause methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
