Baker Manufacturing Company LLC seeks a Senior Metallurgical Engineer to lead metallurgical support for our cast and machined components used in water system and industrial applications. Based at our Evansville, WI facility, you will own alloy selection, casting process optimization, heat treatment, and failure analysis to ensure reliable, high performance products. Partnering closely with foundry, machining, and quality teams, you'll develop and refine metallurgical standards, lead trials and root cause investigations, and support new product introductions while mentoring junior engineers and championing continuous improvement and safety.
