Leer, Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to drive development of new product designs and improvements to existing ones. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare CAD models and manufacturing documentation, and support production in safety, quality, and cost goals.
Ideal candidates will have a BS in engineering, 2+ years in product design, and experience with 3D CAD (Solid Works/AutoCAD); familiarity with lean methods and Six Sigma is a plus.
