Water Supply Team Leader
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include leading/mentoring/developing staff and using your strong technical skills to manage water supply projects within our municipal client base. You must have water supply engineering experience. GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals Be the primary point of contact on a variety of water projects throughout the region Be a technical leader within the water supply team, helping team members connect with innovative technologies and treatment practices Foster existing relationships with our water supply partner firms Directly interact with the firm’s client managers and executives QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering (or a related degree) Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin Minimum of 8 years of progressively more responsible experience on a variety of water supply projects, with at least 4 of those years in a project management and/or business development role Experience with various aspects of water supply engineering including planning studies, water supply, water treatment & distribution design/permitting/construction (pipelines, storage facilities, booster stations, iron & radium removal, PFAS, etc.
