Engineer, New Product Integration

Kohler is seeking an Engineer, New Product Integration to lead the launch of new products into our manufacturing operations. You will translate designs into robust production processes, develop tooling and fixtures, run pilot builds, and drive DFM/DFA improvements. Partner with design, quality, and operations to validate performance, ensure manufacturability, and meet cost, safety, and sustainability targets. Analyze data to resolve issues, optimize yield, and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product integration from design handoff through full-scale production launch.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and process controls.
• Design or specify tooling, fixtures, and equipment needed for new product builds.
• Coordinate and execute pilot builds and process validation activities.
• Apply DFM/DFA principles to improve manufacturability, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and operations to resolve technical and production issues.
• Use data analysis and root cause tools to drive yield, safety, and reliability improvements.
• Support cost reduction, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability requirements.
• Manage project timelines, risk, and communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
