Education & Experience:

Electronics Technology Associate Degree preferred (10+ years of related experience considered in lieu of degree); US work eligibility necessary.

• Execute High-Reliability Assembly:
  Perform precision soldering and micro-assembly following strict IPC quality standards for prototypes and production units.
• Diagnose Hardware Deviations:
  Detect and repair circuit-level faults, hardware defects, and signal anomalies using oscilloscopes and meters.
• Support Engineering Design:
  Collaborate with design engineers on board layout reviews, prototype builds, and manufacturing handoffs.
• Manage Technical Procurement Support:
  Assist in Bill of Materials management, component sourcing, and vendor specification tracking.
• Maintain System Documentation:
  Update technical drawings, schematic revisions, and assembly instructions.
• Ensure AS9100 Compliance:
  Support quality processes and environmental testing following AS9100D standards.

• Hands-On Electronics Depth:
  Strong background in electronics with expertise in PCB soldering and assembly.
• Schematic & Diagram Literacy:
  Ability to read electrical schematics, wire diagrams, and system prints.
• Independent Diagnostic Capability:
  Proven skills in identifying performance errors or defects without heavy oversight.
• Self-Directed Work Ethic:
  Proactive individual capable of managing tasks, deadlines, and focus independently.
• Local Commute Access:
  Must reside within a reliable commuting distance of Greater Milwaukee / Northeast WI.

• Defense & Military Hardware Exposure:
  Experience with NVIS technologies, photometric testing, or military-spec enclosures.
• Design & Simulation Software:

• Military Aviation / Electronics Background:
  Previous military service in avionics, radar, or fire control system maintenance.
