Sr NPD Project Leader

Kohler is seeking a Sr NPD Project Leader to drive complex new product development initiatives across our global manufacturing portfolio. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams from concept through launch, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risks to deliver innovative, manufacturable, and sustainable products. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, operations, supply chain, and marketing to translate customer and business needs into successful product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional new product development projects from concept through launch for Kohler's manufacturing portfolio
• Drive project planning, timelines, budgets, and risk management to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets
• Coordinate engineering, design, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver manufacturable, sustainable products
• Apply stage-gate and project management methodologies to ensure disciplined execution and stakeholder alignment
• Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to define product requirements and value propositions
• Monitor project performance, report status, and implement corrective actions to keep programs on track
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and design-for-manufacture within the NPD process
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture aligned with Kohler's values
