Location: Mayville
The Mayville State University Music Program is seeking one to two work-study eligible students to support daily operations and department events. This position offers hands-on experience in clerical work, event preparation, and public engagement within a collegiate music environment.
Responsibilities
Clerical Support
* Editing programs and printed materials
* Posting promotional materials
* Managing folders and organizing communications for ensemble members and the public
Stage Management
* Setting up chairs, stands, risers, microphones, and speakers for rehearsals and performances
Customer Service and Recruiting
* Representing the music program at on-campus events
* Speaking with community members and prospective students
* Assisting with event registration for musicians
Required
Skills and Qualifications
* Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel)
* Strong communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
Compensation: $10 per hour
Work-study eligible students only.
