This position is an intermediate technical role primarily responsible for keeping slot machines operational on a daily basis. The incumbent will conduct intermediate slot machine repair and troubleshooting, perform software verification, handle machine optioning, and document machine changes. The goal is to enhance every interaction with guests, with customer service as a top priority for both internal and external guests.
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED certificate required.
- A two‑year degree in Electronics preferred.
- All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the Ho‑Chunk Nation.
- Must be bondable and licensable according to tribal policy.
- Must have six (6) months prior experience as a Slot Service Technician I or higher or equivalent experience in a related field.
