Location: East Troy
Live Nation Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Provide guest services by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints;
Collect money from patrons for upsell/ancillary products such as parking, lawn chairs, premium upgrades and ticket fees;
Use provided devices to keep track of sales and redemption;
Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue and manage equipment;
Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show
