What Will You Do?

Under the direction of the Product Support Engineering Team Lead, the Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring cross functional implementation of product changes through but not limited to change order processes.

Essential Responsibilities:

Work cross functionally with other departments to coordinate release of standard and non-standard product through production

Create Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s)
Create/Asisst in coordinating and maintaining BOM structures, Routings and Programming Answer questions on replacement parts, design changes, etc.

Other duties as assigned

Requirements for Effective Performance:

Associates or Bachelors0-3 years of relevant experience minimum

Skills/Abilities/Specifications:3D CAD modelling. Solidworks preferred.

Familiarity with various tools such as Tolerance Stackups, DFMEA’s, etc.

Familiarity with ERP system a plus.

Behavioral & Environmental Requirements:

Safety toe shoes and safety glasses are required while in production areas.

Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk throughout the office and production areas; have use of hands and fingers to use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
