Pyramid Global Hospitality - 2277 Wisconsin Dells Parkway North - Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide information on attractions, games, ticketing, and safety procedures.;
Assist guests with gameplay, ticket redemption, and prize selection in a professional and enthusiastic manner.;
Monitor activity areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with all FEC rules and operational guidelines.;
Operate and maintain arcade machines, virtual reality attractions, and other entertainment equipment.;
Perform light troubleshooting or resets on malfunctioning machines and promptly report maintenance needs.
